We offer one on one private lessons for flat water paddling at the Carlsbad Lagoon. Flat water Paddle Boarding is a whole core body workout that you won't find in any gym. This workout will teach you how to focus on building your core strength, while toning your arms, legs, and abs . We start out with the proper stroke techniques and many other key factors. When you are finished with your lesson you  will have the confidence to stand up paddle board on your own next time your in the water.
